    ProtecTour SA exists because we recognise that the joy of exploring a new country should never be overshadowed by fear or uncertainty. Our CEO, Alexandra,  grew up in South Africa. As, she has a deep love for its breathtaking landscapes, vibrant culture, and unparalleled wildlife. However, she also witnessed firsthand the challenges posed by high crime rates, unreliable government services, and failing infrastructure - issues that can make South Africa a daunting destination for many tourists. While living abroad, Alexandra noticed that many travellers were hesitant to visit her homeland, despite its allure, due to safety concerns. She realized there was a significant gap in the market for a dedicated service to provide tourists with real-time, reliable support in emergencies. With a vision to encourage more people to experience South Africa’s beauty without compromising their safety, ProtecTour SA was born. The company bridges this gap by offering an innovative, user-friendly solution that ensures every traveller feels secure and supported, ultimately fostering greater confidence in exploring this remarkable country.
